Delivery

Within Mainland UK all deliveries will be by our chosen courier.
Please expect delivery within 5-7 working days.
There is a flat delivery charge of £4.75 per order.

Outside of Mainland UK all deliveries will be by Royal Mail.
Please expect delivery within 14 working days.
For deliveries to all EU countries (except Mainland UK), there is a flat delivery charge of £10.00.
For all deliveries outside of the EU there is a flat delivery charge of £10.00.

All deliveries will require a signature as proof of receipt. If nobody is available to sign for the goods on delivery, it is usual practice for the carrier to leave a contact card for you to rearrange delivery. Should the goods be returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee.

Please note that for all first orders, we can only ship to the credit card address.
